How long will it take me to complete the Adventurers course?

You should allow between 30 minutes and 1 hour, it all depends on your speed and whether you are in a group or not.

Where can I park?

Participants can park at the following locations: Bourget Community Center (19 rue Lavigne, Bourget), St. Francis Xavier Catholic High School (1235 chemin Russell, Hammond) and at the Estrie Community Health Center, 2081 ch. Laval, Bourget. Please note that Lavigne and Marcil roads will be closed to traffic and parking on these streets will be prohibited.

There will be three shuttles that will provide transportation between these three locations and the assembly area. The cost of the shuttle is included in your registration fee.

What do I need to know for the day of the event?

Please arrive one (1) hour before your departure time to allow yourself enough time to park, take the shuttle, complete the liability release form, register and participate in the warm-up session.

We suggest you leave your bag at our personal effects depot, which is under supervision, at a cost of $2. This will save you from having to return by shuttle to your car to collect your items.

We also suggest that you bring money to buy a meal or snack, offered on the site. You can also bring a towel to dry off after rinsing at our cleaning station or to put on your car seat.

Who is the departure for people with special needs for?

The departure for people with special needs is aimed at participants with a physical or intellectual disability, provided they can walk on wooded trails. No obstacles are required, so participants can simply skip obstacles that are too difficult.

We also offer accompanying persons the opportunity to participate in the race free of charge. Please contact us to make arrangements.

If it rains, will the race still take place?

A runner of the woods is ready in all circumstances. If it rains, dress accordingly. Our obstacles, in this natural environment, will allow you to surpass yourself come rain or shine.

Do children registered for the Explorers course (3 km) need to be accompanied during the race?

Children aged between 6 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult to take the route. The accompanying adult must also register and pay the registration fee to do the course with them, unless they are already registered for the Adventurers course.

Please note that an adult can supervise more than one child during the race. Children aged 10 to 13 do not need to be accompanied by an adult to race.

My child, who is under 14 years old, would like to do the 5 km Adventurers course. Is it possible?

No. The Adventurers course (6 km) was designed for people aged 14 and over. Rest assured that the Explorers course (3 km) will represent a challenge for your child.

I am over 14 years old and I don’t think I can complete the 5 km Adventurers course. Can I register for the 3 km Explorers course?

Absolutely! Don’t hesitate to register, this course is aimed at people of all ages. We are convinced that the Explorers course will offer you plenty of challenges that you will have a lot of fun taking on.

If I cannot attend the event, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you cannot take part in the race, you can transfer your registration to another person. The change must be made at least three days before the day of the race.
